How to Help

Hello and welcome everybody.

I have created Me + My V to be a central resource for high quality, practical and diverse information, to help shorten V warriors’ journeys with vulvodynia or vulvar pain.

Creating this resource has been a massive venture, as nothing like this has ever been done before given the amount of knowledge that needs to be gathered, analyzed and written down.

Right now, I’m basically a 1 person team (my husband helps on occasion) and I need your help to grow this resource faster!

V Warriors (and Loved Ones)

#1. Share Your Story

Have you ever felt alone on your little, deserted island called vulvodynia? And wonder if there’s anyone out there who feels what you feel and actually understands you?

Well, wonder no more. You’re not alone. There are thousands if not millions of us out there. We just need to find each other.

But this isn’t easy.

That’s why, I would love to invite you to share your story, whether you are a V warrior who is healed or not. By doing so, you will:

  • Help your fellow V warriors through their toughest times
  • Help to raise vulvodynia awareness

To share your story, please use the Contact Form or email me at community@meandmyv.com.

#2. Share Your Experience and Knowledge

You may probably already know how hard it is to find relevant information about vulvodynia.

This is why we need to pool our knowledge together. I would love to invite you to share anything that can shed some light on vulvodynia, including your tips, tricks and treatments.

To share your experience and knowledge, please use the Contact Form or email me at community@meandmyv.com.

#3. Write an Article

If you feel inspired and would like to write an article, you are more than welcomed. To share your article (or your article idea to get started), please use the Contact Form or email me at community@meandmyv.com.

#4. Recommend a Practitioner

It can be a nightmare to find good and knowledgeable practitioners who know how to treat vulvodynia. That’s why I’m building a directory of V experts of diverse backgrounds (from OBGYNs and pelvic floor therapists, to naturopaths and acupuncturists, etc.).

To do so, I need your recommendations.

To share your recommended practitioners, please use this form.
